Valkyrie is not emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the US, 112 in the EU).

App questions, sign-in, or a deletion request. You get an automatic confirmation. There is no public support inbox and no live chat.

We read messages when we can, not around the clock. This inbox is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.

Common questions

The map isn’t following (iPhone app). Location must be Always while a walk is open. Tracking stops when you seal, cancel, or force-quit.

The map isn’t following (browser). Keep the Valkyrie tab open. Browsers pause GPS when you leave the tab.

Someone can’t open the live link. They need the exact link you sent. Valkyrie does not text people for you.

Delete my data. Settings → Privacy → Remove from servers now removes the last sealed walk. After a walk is sealed, the server drops it on a short timer (24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days — you choose). Use the form above for an account or anything still on the server.
